- Shipment Processing Time
- Retail Orders: All retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Wholesale Orders: Processing times for wholesale or bulk orders vary based on volume and manufacturing schedules. Your dedicated account representative will provide an estimated ship date upon order confirmation.
📝 Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

- Shipment Destinations & P.O. Boxes
- We proudly ship to addresses across the United States and North America.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS standard shipping. However, due to the perishable nature or size of certain traditional candies, some restrictions may apply.
- Perishable & Warm Weather Shipping
To ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition (especially during warm summer months or for items with a high moisture content like our crystallized fruits):
- We highly recommend selecting Expedited Shipping if you live in a high-temperature region.
- We may hold shipments over the weekend to prevent packages from sitting in transit facilities under extreme heat.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
- Damages, Lost Packages & Returns
- Garcia Candies & Snacks is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if handled improperly by the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify our team at your earliest convenience so we can assist you.
